Plastic coated steel pipe is the product of hot dip PE or EP(epoxy resin) for internal and external coating, which has excellent corrosion resistance. 1, should be in accordance with the "building water coated plastic composite pipe pipe engineering technical regulations" CECS125:2001 implementation.

2, coated steel pipe should choose the following construction machinery:
(1) Cutting should be cut with a metal saw;
(2) Groove rolling machine should be used;
(3) Pipe bending machine should be used for cold bending;
(4) The sleeve wire should be used for pipe thread processing by electric wire sleeve machine;
(5) The port deburring and processing corner of the coated steel pipe should be processed with file;
(6) Coated with inorganic solvent liquid epoxy resin coating should use a small brush or a small toothbrush.

3, coated steel pipe construction procedures should meet the following requirements:
(1) The coated steel pipe should not be buried in the reinforced concrete structure layer;
(2) Welding is prohibited in the installation of plastic coated steel pipes;
(3) The installation of plastic coated steel pipes should be gradually connected from large caliber to small caliber, and the pipe mouth should be blocked in time;
(4) In the transportation, loading and unloading and site construction, it is strictly prohibited to throw and violent impact;
(5) When installing the coated steel pipe, the pipe diameter is not greater than DN50, the pipe bending machine can be cold bent, but the bending radius of curvature shall not be less than 8 times the pipe diameter, and the bending Angle shall not be greater than 10°.
